    The Atman or Atma (IAST: Ātmā, sanskrit: आत्म‍ ) is a philosophical term used within Hinduism and Vedanta to identify the soul. It is one's true self (hence generally translated into English as 'Self') beyond identification with the phenomenal reality of worldly existence.

    oof/yawn

    Karma has come to extract payback, and payback - she is a bitch. Not to brag or anything, but Alex slept through the night at 7 weeks. 7 WEEKS!

    Maternity leave for the most part was truly like being on vacation. We slept until 8am, napped a lot, it was truly restful and wonderful and I was all “This is mommy-hood, so blissful and free!”

    Then I went back to work and fielded questions about how tired I was, to which I smugly responded, “Nope, he sleeps through the night (beautific smile).” And then Alex started standing and now does not want to sleep or nap - EVER. Last night he went to bed at 7:15 - fell asleep in my arms no less, sweet and dreamy. Then he woke up at:
