Guess what Saturday is?
As a yoga instructor, I command you to start planning your relaxing day! NOW!
Here is a link to their site because they have DISCOUNTS! For relaxing things! Unfortunately none in my area but ah well.
Things I will do on Saturday, or maybe not because making a list of things I WILL DO TO RELAX DAMMIT seems counterproductive somehow:
- I will workout because it makes me feel good, not because I am still trying to lose the last 5 baby pounds. Because let’s face it, if I were serious about that I would not…
- Eat dessert at dinner!
- Take a nap. Usually reserved for children under the age of 5, I am a proponent of naps. In fact, if I could speak Spanish I would move to Mexico just so I could siesta every day. I think I am biologically pre-disposed to napping because I LOOOOVE them. And oh how I miss them so.
- Maybe I will take a nap with Alex sleeping on me. Because I LOOOVE to do that too.
- I will let it go. “It” being any number of a hundred gazillion things that I freak out over at any given moment with the smallest of prompts.
- I will go to bed early!
Hmmm. Most of these things revolve around sleep. Am I trying to tell me something?
