    The Atman or Atma (IAST: Ātmā, sanskrit: आत्म‍ ) is a philosophical term used within Hinduism and Vedanta to identify the soul. It is one's true self (hence generally translated into English as 'Self') beyond identification with the phenomenal reality of worldly existence.

    For a long time I didn’t understand the appeal of social networking sites. Then one day I heard that facebook makes you use your REAL NAME and immediately my competitive juices started flowing…I had to get on there and grab MY NAME before someone else with MY NAME got it!
