define “professional”
By heather | November 16, 2008
After several attempts to cut Alex’s hair myself, I finally cracked and admitted that yes, some things are better left to the professionals. For a few sweet months, Alex had Beth at Daddy’s haircut place who gave the most adorable haircuts as evidenced below:
| Look how adorable! |
Then Beth went on vacation, and has been on vacation forever and Alex really needed a haircut, as evidenced below:
| Look! Cranky bedhead moptop! And pun-tastic shirt! |
Since Beth is showing no sign of returning from vacation, we figured we could take our chances and it couldn’t be that bad…after all, I gave passable cuts with no formal training right?
As evidenced below, it would appear that was an incorrect assumption.

Why oh why did you include that last picture…
Du and I thought the cut looked fine…until we saw Jim.
Go stalk Beth now until she comes back.
