I’ve only met a few people in my life that you can’t help but smile when you’re around them. Somehow I’m lucky enough to have given birth to one.

In a lot of ways, Emily Kate is the girl I try to be – hardly ever cries, mostly self-sufficient, let’s things roll off, eats what she wants and as much as she wants without apology, joyful and sweet.
Eager, determined, musically inclined…
