    The Atman or Atma (IAST: Ātmā, sanskrit: आत्म‍ ) is a philosophical term used within Hinduism and Vedanta to identify the soul. It is one's true self (hence generally translated into English as 'Self') beyond identification with the phenomenal reality of worldly existence.

    girl’s weekend

    This weekend, we:

    slept until 8am every morning
    collectively decided we’re a little tired of her Toddler Tumblers class and that we needed fresh air instead

    had a few drinks

    ate gourmet meals, including Thai, Mexican, and Italian
    had long conversations
    went shopping
    played t-ball and golf in the front yard
    took long walks in gorgeous fall weather
    cheered for our team

    charmed the neighbors
