I am some what of a "high maintenance" kinda gal myself. I learned early on to just get up earlier to get ready, then no one was having to wait on me. She said I could easily go every three days without washing it and I didn't believe her, but it's true - your hair gets used to it after a few weeks and doesn't look or feel greasy at all. And the benefit is that on the two days in between washings, I just run a flat iron through it and I'm done in two minutes.
